Who Controls Consent?

Consent in OneLenz follows a strict hierarchy — the seller always has the final say on their own data visibility.

AdminSets the org default tier during setup (pre-filled by region: EU→Private, US→Transparent). Can make it stricter for the whole org.
Admin ✗Cannot force a seller into Transparent. Cannot override individual consent. Cannot lower the privacy bar below what the seller agreed to.
SellerGives or revokes consent for Transparent mode anytime. Sees their consent status on the My Privacy screen. Can opt in to Leaderboard separately.
Audit Every consent change (grant, revoke, admin override attempt) is logged in the immutable audit trail with timestamp and actor.
Rule: Admin sets the floor. Seller consent is the ceiling. The system enforces this — it's not a policy, it's code.
